A&M Grooming Products Return Policy
At A&M Grooming Products, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product, please review the following policy guidelines.
Eligibility and Timeframe
Condition: We accept returns for unused and unopened products only. The item must be in the exact condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Time Limit: You must initiate the return process within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that sale items are considered final and are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, you must first contact us via email at sales@amgroomingproducts.com.
Obtain a Return Code: In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a unique Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without a valid RAC may be refused.
Shipping and Refunds
Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Processing Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
